Pre - Press

The Metrostat Pre-Press is our Fuji/Rampage CTP workflow, using both Macintosh and PC systems. Our skilled and experienced team can produce a finished product from complete digital artworks or press-quality pdf files. Proofing is also completed using the Rampage workflow and employs only ‘ripped' files delivering either PDF or hard copy proofs. The benefits you get are reduced costs and faster turn-around for your brochures, menus, stationery, etc.

Litho Printing

Metrostat utilises Heidelberg Speedmaster B2 five colour perfectors and B3 4 colour machinery which give us the ability to produce a wide variety of printed output on different types of materials. We work 24-hour shifts thus we meet those tight deadline requirements when they inevitably come about. Our production team is highly knowledgeable and are always on hand to discuss your technical requirements and advise on paper material properties, helping to ensure the finished results you want.

Finishing

Finishing is delivered by our post-press department. This includes: laminating, trimming, folding, automated gathering and saddle-stitching, perfect-binding, embossing, creasing, die-cutting, and thread-sealing. Experienced personnel carry out all of our finishing ensuring a high quality finished product.

Online Proofing

We offer online proofing which is a quick and easy way to proof your documents from any Internet device before your documents go to print. We will provide you with your own username and password to access your client area to view your current pdf proofs.
