I am a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist with over 7 years experience in enhancing clients lifestyle, body composition, fitness and flexibility.
I work closely with my clients to help better their fitness levels and to reach their weight goals.
I don’t just specialize in fitness, I also tailor clients nutritional and flexibility needs using my experience as a Pilate’s instructor and my BSc in Nutrition, Exercise and Health.
I am expanding my fitness knowledge by studying for a PGc in Sports Nutrition as well as attending courses to become an accredited member of the Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA).
I thrive in working in a fitness environment, working with different people to help enhance this aspect of their lives.
I have always been a people person, so to be able to combine my love of all things fitness as well as bettering a clients life, is a great feeling.
